Welcome to my baking saga!
My name is Helene and I live in a beautiful island of Greece. I love baking since I was a little girl and this blog is a try to communicate this love, to share the things I have learned all these years and to learn a lot more from you. I am an amateur baker so don’t judge me harsh.
This blog will be also a reason for me to bake more, something to make me go to the kitchen and have fun trying to give you a good recipe, trying to take a photo that is not too bad and write something that you will not hate. In other words I hope this blog to give me the motivation to become a better baker.
